Aims and Outcomes

  • This APC Revision Module is aimed primarily at providing the knowledge and understanding for Commercial Real Estate and Valuation candidates in the Core Competencies of Valuation, Inspection and Measurement and, the Optional Competency of Landlord and Tenant.
  • The Module will also provide an outline of the knowledge and understanding for the Optional Competencies of Development Appraisals, Leasing and Letting, Purchase and Sale and, Property Management together with the Mandatory Competencies.
  • The structure of the Final Assessment will be addressed, and advice given on the Case Study Presentation and answering questions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of competency requirements will be provided and enhanced by advising on oral answers to typical APC Final Assessment questions.

The Presenter

Every subscriber will be provided with a PDF containing the module notes that form the foundation for the online voiceover PowerPoint presentations.

The Voiceover PowerPoint presentations

The Module is recorded in 11 parts to accommodate short learning periods and every subscriber will have online access from receipt of payment until 30th November 2024.

One-to-One Support

Every subscriber can have up to 60-minutes of one-to-one support from the presenter via Microsoft Teams or by telephone during the online access period to be taken in as many portions as needed.
