APC Valuation Training Modules (Pre recorded)

Three APC Valuation Training Modules available by pre-recorded video streaming plus live one-to-one support:

Module 1 - Mandatory requirements and guidance for valuations

Module 2 - Conventional valuation methods and their application 

Module 3 - Investment valuation techniques: growth implicit and explicit

Aims and Outcomes

These three APC Valuation Training Modules aim to provide APC Candidates with the knowledge and understanding necessary to achieve Level 1 of the APC Valuation Competency which states:

Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the purposes for which valuations are undertaken; the relevant valuation methods and techniques; the appropriate standards and guidance; and any relevant statutory or mandatory requirements for valuation work in your area of practice.

These modules will make a significant contribution towards the achievement of Levels 2 and 3.

The knowledge element is provided by detailed notes and live interactive voice-over PowerPoint presentations. Understanding will be achieved through problem-based learning and examining typical APC Final Assessment questions.

The Presenter

John Faulkner FRICS is a former valuation lecturer, a consultant in private practice, a regular contributor at CPD events and an APC / AssocRICS training consultant. Please contact John for further details on this Valuation School if you wish.

CPD

Each module provides a minimum 6 hours of formal CPD.

The Pre-Recorded Videos and Support

Each Module will be recorded in up to 10 parts to accommodate short learning intervals.

Every subscriber will:

  1. be provided with a PDF of the notes for each Module
  2. have access to the videos for 40 days from payment of the fee or, from a date to be agreed, and
  3. have up to 60 minutes per Module of one-to-one online or telephone support with the presenter

Cost

The Fee for each module is £140.00 (no VAT)

Attend all three modules for £370.00 (no VAT)
