APC Landlord and Tenant Training Module (Commercial/Business Premises)
An APC Training Module providing the knowledge and understanding necessary to achieve Level 1 of the Landlord and Tenant Competency which states that the candidate must:
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the law and practice relating to landlord and tenant.
The Module
- is aimed primarily at Commercial Real Estate candidates but also at Valuation, Rural, Residential, Facilities Management and Property Finance and Investment candidates who are involved with Business Tenancies.
- is also relevant to those candidates declaring competency in Leasing and Letting, Property Management, Investment Management and Strategic Real Estate Consultancy.
The module provides a minimum 6 hours of formal CPD and its contents are:
