Where a Candidate has a Counsellor, mentoring can be provided for:
- Choosing and interpreting competencies
- Creating a Structured Training Plan
- Writing the Summaries of Experience
- Choosing and writing a Case Study
- Reviewing the Case Study and Summaries of Experience
Counselling
A full Counselling service can be provided for APC and AssocRICS candidates on the pathways of:
- Valuation
- Commercial Real Estate
- Residential
Also, for AssocRICS candidates on the pathways of:
- Valuation
- Residential Survey and Valuation
- Residential Property Management
- Commercial Property Management
- Real Estate Agency
The Counselling service includes all the Mentoring services plus 3-monthly reviews to assess competency and advise on the way forward.
Mock Assessments
We are available to conduct APC Mock Assessment Interviews either directly with a Candidate or as part of a panel with their Counsellor and, if possible, a work colleague who is MRICS or FRICS.
