1. The JFPC Valuation School Training Modules aim to help APC candidates achieve Level 1 Competency i.e. knowledge and understanding, which is essential to achieve Level 2 (application of knowledge and understanding) and Level 3 (reasoned advice and depth of knowledge). APC Level 1 is equivalent to the knowledge element of the AssocRICS competencies which is essential to achieve their application.

  2. The Training Modules are also relevant for AssocRICS, MRICS and FRICS wishing to reinforce, update or expand their knowledge and understanding.

  3. The Training Modules provide significant formal CPD hours, and the knowledge element will be provided by detailed notes enhanced by online voiceover PowerPoint presentations. Understanding will be achieved through examining typical APC Final Assessment questions.

  4. Applicants can subscribe by completing a Booking Form on the specific Module tab. There will be a 14-day day “cooling-off” period during which the booking may be cancelled without charge. After this, applicants will be liable for the full fee.

  5. A completed booking form will be acknowledged and an invoice sent by email.

  6. Payment can be made by BACS or by debit / credit card.

  7. Upon receipt of payment of the invoice a candidate will be sent a PDF with the notes and given a username and password to access the online voiceover PowerPoint presentations for 40 days* or from a date later than receipt of payment if specified on the Booking Form.

  8. The notes may be sent and online access granted in advance of payment if requested and accepted by the JFPC Valuation School.

  9. Each subscriber can have up to 30-mintues per Module of one-to-one online or telephone support with the presenter to be taken in as many parts as needed to deal with any matters arising from the Module.

  10. The training modules do not represent any official view of RICS and cannot offer any guarantee that their completion will result in success at APC or AssocRICS final assessment.
